2. If your meter is in an area that has been upgraded, the message box will show "Complete".
3. If your meter is in an area where upgrades are currently occuring, the message box will display a date range for the work in your area including the date the area is expected to be complete.
4. If your meter is in an area where work is not scheduled to begin yet, the message box will display a date range work is expected to be performed in your area.
5. The areas shaded in blue indicate areas that have been completed.
